Costs Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 or free for all orders over $100. 


The only exceptions are personalised cake toppers, signs and name tags, they take between 5-14 working days to be made and dispatched. Please refer to the product page for production time frames. 

Orders are delivered by Aramex Couriers, Australia Post or TNT. Every package is given a tracking ID, that can be easily tracked online via the website. Any online order placed between Friday to Sunday 11:59pm, will be attended to the following Monday as per our regular warehouse operational hours. 

Delivery Times The below delivery times are indicative and are business days. Delivery times are following the date your order has been dispatched. 

  • 1-2 business day delivery: Sydney, Albury, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Tablelands, Blue Mountains, Gosford, Erina, Wyong, Nowra, Kiama, Hunter Valley, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers 3 business day delivery: Melbourne , Gold Coast, Brisbane. 
  • 3 - 5 business day delivery: Rest of NSW, Adelaide, Geelong, Bendigo, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay 
  • 3 - 5 business day delivery: Tasmania 
  • 4 - 5 business day delivery: Rest of VIC and QLD 4 -5 business day delivery: Perth, Rest of Australia with Aus Post; 
  • 7 - 10 working days with Aramex. 

We do not guarantee delivery times and we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive late, however every effort is taken to ensure that we get your order dispatched as early as possible. 

Cake Toppers, Name Tags & All Signs All cake toppers, name tags, decals, signage etc are custom made. We require processing time to design and make your items. Turn around time for standard cake toppers and designs is 5 business days excluding shipping times. Custom toppers, name tags, drink stirrers, signage and decals all require 2 weeks. 

We do not send proofs unless a specific request is made. Any changes to the original design e.g. font will be an additional $10 fee that must be paid before any design work is commenced. We are not able to accept returns for any personalised items. 

Need your order urgently? Get in touch and we’ll help prioritise your order. There is a $7.95 fee and this ensures that your order gets put to the top of the queue and dealt with first by our customer service team. 

If you would prefer to pick up your order directly from the warehouse, simply select 'Click and Collect' when checking out online. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm, to pick up orders made online, however it is advisable to call before attempting to pick up, to ensure your order is ready.  The address is 27 Norman St, Peakhurst, Sydney. 

Broken or damaged Items If there are any damaged goods, please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] and send photos of the damaged items. Broken items will either be replaced or refunded. 


If you instruct Letterfy, to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Letterfy, will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
